COST Action COREnet Working Group 3 starts a series of webinars dedicated to practice-oriented research in religious diversity and migration. On 31 October, Marta Stojić Mitrović, PhD and Teodora Jovanović, MA (The Institute of Ethnography of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts) held a presentation and a discussion on „Europe, borders, migration and religion: A view from a periphery“.
Marta Stojić Mitrović and Teodora Jovanović presented their research conducted on the periphery of the European Union, and in particular in Serbia and other countries of the “Balkan route“. This specific geopolitical context critically affects migration practices and formal and informal responses to them.
